first draft

When it came closer to the deadline of the final draft we became aware that we had nowhere near enough the footage we aimed to have. This shows that it's vital to have a first draft because it allows you to plan time more effectively in order to get everything done. Between now and the final peice deadline, we will film the rest of the footage, particularly the footage of me and tyler, in order to back up the argument scene at the beginning of the film as at the minute it doesnt make sense. Also we have way too much lip syncing at the minute, again a result of too little footage. Also some of the clips are WAY too long (exterior long shot.) These are all problems we're aware of and aim to rectify in time for the final draft. We are however really happy with the argument scene in black and white and slowed down, and the lip syncing, and the connection we make with the audience through visuals in the lip syncing.
